Damilola Abati Abiodun is a result-oriented marketing leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic brand growth, business transformation, and market expansion across Africa’s technology and digital sectors. He brings deep expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and partnership development — leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable business outcomes.
Before joining Fortitude IoT, Damilola served as the Head of Marketing at Jobberman Nigeria, where he led national marketing initiatives that strengthened brand equity, improved customer engagement, and positioned Jobberman as the foremost career platform in West Africa.
He previously held multiple strategic roles at Accelerex Holdings, including Brand & Partnership Manager (Africa Market) and Growth & Partnership Manager, where he spearheaded brand integration and market development initiatives across several African countries. His leadership in marketing innovation, go-to-market execution, and partnership management contributed significantly to Accelerex’s continental footprint and revenue growth.
Damilola’s career also spans roles at Jumia Nigeria and Dovemetrics, where he honed his early expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and customer experience management.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Damilola holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Lagos State University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics at the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom.
